Your body has been trying to tell you something
Your body has always made sense. You just haven’t had the context to understand it.
Why am I exhausted today? Why can’t I focus? Why did that workout feel impossible? Your body isn’t random. It’s communicating. InPhase helps you understand what it’s saying.

Four phases. Four different versions of you.
What discipline was never going to fix
Your body isn’t broken.
Your schedule just doesn’t speak its language.
Every piece of wellness advice you’ve ever been given assumes your body works the same way every day. Same calories. Same workout. Same productivity targets. Push through low energy. Be more consistent. Try harder.
But you have a 28-day hormonal cycle that quietly shapes everything — your energy, focus, appetite, mood, sleep, and how long it takes you to recover. That’s not a flaw in your biology. That’s just your biology.
Most women spend years assuming they’re the problem. They’re not. The advice was.
InPhase is what changes that.
What it sounds like when your body makes sense
“Your energy peaks early in your cycle. That presentation you've been putting off? Now is actually the time.”
Follicular insight
“You tend to crave carbohydrates two days before your period. That's hormonal — not a lack of willpower.”
Luteal insight
“You're physically stronger this week than you were last week. You've probably been training below your capacity.”
Ovulating insight
“If everyone seems exhausting right now, it's not them. Rest today is not falling behind. It's the cycle doing its job.”
Menstrual insight

How InPhase works
Four pillars. One rhythm.
InPhase doesn’t give you generic wellness advice. It gives you guidance built around where your body is today — and explains the “why” behind every recommendation.
Energy
Know which days are built for deep focus, which are built for creativity, and which are built for rest — before they arrive. Your energy isn't random. It's a pattern.
Nutrition
What your body needs to eat changes every phase. InPhase adapts your guidance to your cycle — so the cravings make sense and the recommendations actually work.
Work
Schedule the hard things when your brain is wired for them. Save the admin for when you're not. Stop fighting your calendar and start working with it.
Recovery
Know when to push in training and when pulling back is the smarter move. Your menstrual phase isn't downtime. It's recovery — and recovery is the work.
Explainable AI
Every recommendation
comes with a reason.
“Eat more protein.”
“You’re in your luteal phase. Progesterone is rising, which increases your appetite and speeds up muscle breakdown. More protein right now isn’t a craving to resist — it’s what your body is actually asking for.”
From the founder
Desiree Green
Founder, InPhase
“I spent years thinking I was the problem.”
I was building a career, showing up for everyone around me, and working harder than I ever had. But some weeks I felt unstoppable, and others I could barely get out of bed. I blamed my discipline. I blamed my diet. I blamed my mindset. I tried every productivity system, every morning routine, every routine that promised it would finally make me consistent.
None of it worked. Because the answer was never discipline — it was biology.
When I finally started understanding how my hormones actually work, something shifted. The fluctuation I’d spent years fighting wasn’t a flaw in my character. It was a pattern in my body. And once I understood the pattern, I stopped working against myself.
I built InPhase because that shift changed everything for me — and because most women never get the chance to make it. We’re handed advice designed for bodies that aren’t ours, then told we’re not trying hard enough when it doesn’t work.
InPhase is what I wish someone had handed me ten years ago.

Early beta
Women are already in phase.
“I've been blaming myself for years for being 'inconsistent.' Learning it was hormonal felt like being let out of a cage.”
“The nutrition guidance alone is worth it. I finally understand why I'm ravenous the week before my period — and what to actually eat.”
“I restructured my whole work calendar around my phases. I'm more productive with less guilt. This changes how you see yourself.”
